To advise LMC Consulting that you require technical support please submit a support ticket from your Customer Account page, or please click here to view the support tickets page, then please fill out the online form to submit a support ticket directly.

Online warranty & returns enquiry

To submit a Warranty or Return Equiry, you will need to be log into your account. Once logged into your account, Navigate to the My Receipts page, scroll down to find the desired receipt and then click the Warranty button. Our consultants will contact you with more detailed instructions on how to proceed further. All enquiries are responded to within 24 hours from Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, Sat 10am - 4pm (AEST)
